Paket uključuje sve potrebne usluge za potpuno bezbrižno iznajmljivanje:

Plaćanje:
Za sve navedene usluge naplaćuje se agencijska provizija u iznosu od 35% po ostvarenoj rezervaciji. Vlasnik plaća trošak provizije platformi (Booking.com, Airbnb itd.) direktno. Dodatne usluge poput održavanja bazena i okućnice dogovaraju se posebno i naplaćuju se direktno vlasniku od strane vanjskih suradnika.

Ova opcija uključuje:
• kreiranje i održavanje profesionalnih oglasa (Booking.com, Airbnb, vlastita stranica)
• optimizaciju cijena i pravila oglašavanja
• komunikaciju s gostima prije dolaska
• savjetovanje oko atraktivnosti i vidljivosti ponude

Vlasnik sam organizira čišćenje, posteljinu i održavanje, ili može ugovoriti te usluge dodatno preko Pašmanije.

 

Plaćanje:
Za ovu opciju naplaćuje se 15% provizije od ukupne cijene rezervacije.

 

Način naplate ovisi o kanalu rezervacije:
• Ako gost rezervira putem web stranice Pašmanie: plaća 15% iznosa kao depozit Pašmaniji, a preostali iznos vlasniku najkasnije 30 dana prije dolaska.
• Ako rezervacija dolazi putem OTA platformi (npr. Booking.com, Airbnb): gost plaća puni iznos preko platforme. Pašmania tada ne prima novac od gosta, već svoju proviziju naplaćuje od vlasnika objekta nakon realizacije rezervacije.


Trošak provizije same platforme snosi vlasnik.

Za dodatne usluge poput pranja posteljine, uređenja okućnice ili održavanja bazena koristi se mreža pouzdanih vanjskih suradnika, a usluge se naplaćuju posebno, prema važećem cjeniku suradnika.

Can I still take bookings myself if I work with you?

You can. It is only important that we coordinate the calendars so that there are no double bookings.

Absolutely. You can choose Booking.com, Airbnb, etc., Pašmania.hr or a combination - we adapt everything to your goal.

As the owner, you have the right to keep the security deposit (if defined). We can help in communication with the guest, but we do not get involved in resolving damages.

 

Preporučujemo da vlasnici razmotre dodatno osiguranje objekta.

Vlasnik ostaje formalni iznajmljivač, dok Pašmania djeluje kao posrednik u njegovo ime i za njegov račun.

⁠Do you have a contract that protects me as a renter?

Yes. Every collaboration is based on a contract that protects your interests, specifies the conditions, and regulates responsibilities.

 It is advisable to inform us as early as possible, ideally at least 2 months in advance – especially if you are in high season.

Vlasnik objekta, kao formalni iznajmljivač, zadržava odgovornost za prijavu gostiju u sustav eVisitor i plaćanje boravišne pristojbe. Po dogovoru, Pašmania može pomoći u prijavi gostiju, ali obveza i dalje ostaje na vlasniku.

The standard contract is concluded for an indefinite period, but with the possibility of termination. There is no lock-in for a year or two like with other agencies.
